Caves in Ngounié Province, Gabon have enormous potential for ecotourism; bringing economic benefits to the region, raising awareness of the natural beauty of caves, and insuring their long term protection. Caves closer to more densely populated areas attract vandalism which diminishes their potential for tourism. Here this long passage has been autographed by hundreds of visitors before us.
